Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our sales team in Germany. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the Ruhr area, including Dortmund, Essen, and Duisburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our products and manage sales for your territory
  • Take ownership of your region, thinking about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor practices to develop a relevant sales strategy
  • Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and standards, with guidance from the Sales Director
  • Realize all sales activities from introducing new products to presenting and training customers, ensuring each stakeholder receives key sales messages
  • Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your region
  • Act as Flen Health's brand ambassador and represent the company at relevant conferences, congresses, and trade fairs
  • Maintain our CRM system in line with company standards
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Medical departments to achieve goals

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate holds a Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience
  • Initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system, and Showpad
  • Native German speaker with a good level of English
  • Valid Driving License
  • Problem-solving skills, working with the line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop turnover
