School of Economic Disciplines,, we are looking for a researcher as of the at the following conditions:
- 100% = 39,83 hours
- Pay grade 13 TV-L
Your tasks:
- Collaboration in the project ATLAS in a young, motivated, researchstrong and interdisciplinary working group with active support for your career development (PhD).
- Application of usercentered research methods
- Design and development of innovative concepts and technologies in the area of employeecentered assistance systems and humancentered artificial intelligence
- Implementation of short and intensive consultations as well as qualification workshops on digital topics at companies and in cooperation with regional actors
- Preparation of and collaboration on publications in relevant journals
Your profile:
- Completed academic university studies (diploma, master) in (business) computer science, socioinformatics or humancomputer interaction.
- Great interest in research, development and implementation of innovative ideas
- Commitment, reliability and personal responsibility, structured working style
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Initial experience in the field of management consulting is an advantage
- Initial experience in qualitative research methods and usercentered design (in companies) is an advantage
- First experience in project work, research and mentoring of students is an advantage
