Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest und steuerst die Prozesse der Angebotserstellung von der Ausschreibung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Du stellst eine vollständige und zeitgerechte Angebotserstellung sicher
  • In deiner Position behältst du alles im Blick: Dazu gehört u.a. Identifikation der erforderlichen Ressourcen und Zusammenstellung des Bid Teams
  • Du bringst alle relevanten Fachbereiche an einen Tisch und erarbeitest gemeinsam maßgeschneiderte Lösungskonzepte
  • Du kümmerst du dich um die Analyse der Angebotsanforderungen unserer Auftraggeber in Bezug auf Vertragsgestaltung, Zeitraum, wirtschaftliche und operative Realisierbarkeit
  • Du hältst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen die Ausschreibungsinformationen auf dem aktuellen Stand und gleichst sie mit den Marktanforderungen ab
  • Du suchst proaktiv nach neuen Ausschreibungen und pflegst Kontakt mit entsprechenden Dienstleistern
  • Du bist gut vernetzt und hältst einen engen Kontakt mit den verschiedenen Vertriebsteams

Profil
  • Du bist ein ausgeprägter Teamplayer (m/w/d) und überzeugst mit Deiner strukturierten Herangehensweise, einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bid Management oder Projekt Management sammeln
  • Dir ist Vertrieb nicht fremd und Du konntest erste Kundenerfahrung sammeln
  • Du hast eine starke Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Du bringst gut Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
  • Du hast deine Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Logistik abgeschlossen
