Tender Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Management Team Lead to join our team at EVIDENT Europe GmbH. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and leading a strong Tender Management Team, defining processes necessary to answer tenders in an autonomous way, and working closely with various departments within the European Life Science organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Tender Management Team in Europe-wide screening for tenders, taking ownership and full responsibility for the tender process, including filling administrative and technical documents, sending responses in time, and monitoring progress.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date a database of local administrative and company-related documents.
- Develop and maintain standardized tender response forms for all relevant products, including service documents.
- Track won/lost tenders in Salesforce and observe competitors' behavior in tender processes, feeding back learnings to sales and marketing teams.
- Post-awarding, fill in administrative documents and solve open tasks, such as bank guarantees and payment of fees.
- Organize T&C and other legal checks with local legal partners, if necessary.
- Translate responses into local languages, if required.
- University degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international tender management.
- Proven track record in Sales, Application, or Product Support for advanced microscopy systems.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, with any other language being an advantage.
- Highly motivated character, eager to work in an international environment.
- Flexible working hours, with 50% remote work possible (depending on location).
