Position: Site Performance Manager (f/m/d)
Your Future Role:
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the site.
- Support project teams in executing processes following Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM).
- Coordinate Project Governance in collaboration with finance and Regional management.
- Collaborate with Projects Managers on strategic actions and initiatives.
- Interface for Project Management topics with Regional and Global organization.
All About You:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or relevant field.
- Project management experience, knowledge of risk management processes and controls.
- Ability to navigate matrix organization and partner effectively with teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English and German (C1).
- PM Certification (PMP, IPMA or other) is a plus.
