About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Performance Manager to join our team at Alstom in Braunschweig. As a key member of our corporate functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the site, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Support project teams and project managers in executing processes defined in the Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including risk and savings management.
  • Coordinate project governance for all projects attached to the site, working closely with the finance function and regional management.
  • Closely collaborate with project managers to lead strategic actions and initiatives on active projects.
  • Animate the project management community, identifying and conducting training for the project management population.
  • Serve as the main interface for project management topics towards regional and global organization, working closely with the site project director.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Project management experience, preferably as a project manager or PMO.
  • Experience with project risk management processes and project controls.
  • Ability to navigate and influence matrix organizations and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient English and German verbal and writing skills (C1).
  • PM certification (PMP, IPMA, or other) is a plus.
