Alstom stands at the forefront of the transportation sector, dedicated to developing sustainable and intelligent mobility solutions that link urban areas and minimize carbon footprints. We are in search of a Site Performance Manager to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) for the location.
- Assist project teams in implementing the processes outlined in the Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM).
- Manage the Project Governance for all initiatives at the site.
- Partner with Project Managers on key strategic projects.
- Deliver training to the project management team.
- Act as the primary contact for all Project Management-related matters.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management and risk assessment.
- Capability to operate efficiently within a matrix organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English and German (C1 level).
- PM Certification (PMP, IPMA) is advantageous.
