Site Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Performance Manager to join our team at Alstom in Braunschweig. As a key member of our corporate functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deploy and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the site, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
- Support project teams and project managers in executing processes defined in the Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including risk and savings management.
- Coordinate project governance for all projects attached to the site, working closely with the finance function and regional management.
- Closely collaborate with project managers to lead strategic actions and initiatives on active projects.
- Animate the project management community, identifying and conducting training for the project management population.
- Serve as the main interface for project management topics towards regional and global organization, working closely with the site project director.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, engineering, or a relevant field.
- Project management experience, preferably as a project manager or PMO.
- Experience with project risk management processes and project controls.
- Ability to navigate and influence matrix organizations and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
- Proficient English and German verbal and writing skills (C1).
- PM certification (PMP, IPMA, or other) is a plus.
