Alstom stands at the forefront of the transportation sector, dedicated to developing sustainable and intelligent mobility solutions that enhance urban connectivity and minimize environmental impact. We are currently in search of a Site Performance Manager to oversee our operations in Braunschweig.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the site.
- Assist project teams in adhering to the processes outlined in the Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM).
- Manage the Project Governance framework for all site-related initiatives.
- Partner with Project Managers on key strategic projects.
- Deliver training sessions for the project management team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Project Management inquiries.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management and risk assessment.
- Strong capability to operate effectively within a matrix organizational structure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and German (C1 level).
- Possession of a PM Certification (PMP, IPMA) is advantageous.
