Site Operations Performance Leader

Alstom stands at the forefront of the transportation sector, dedicated to developing sustainable and intelligent mobility solutions that enhance urban connectivity and minimize environmental impact. We are in search of a Site Performance Manager to oversee our operations in Braunschweig.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the Project Management Office (PMO) activities at the site.
- Assist project teams in adhering to the protocols outlined in the Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM).
- Manage the Project Governance framework for all initiatives at the site.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers on key strategic projects.
- Facilitate training sessions for the project management team.
- Act as the primary contact for all Project Management-related inquiries.

Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management and risk assessment.
- Strong capability to navigate a matrix organizational structure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English and German (C1 level).
- Possession of a PM Certification (PMP, IPMA) is advantageous.
