Wir suchen ab sofort in Stuttgart-Fasanenhof für einen Kunden einen Customer Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung, Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Lieferplänen sowie die Abholung von Lieferplänen aus Kundenportalen Supplyon
  • Auftragsannahme, Auftragserstellung und Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen in MS-Dynamics
  • Rechnungs- und Gutschrifterstellung
  • Pflege von Kunden Forecast in Excel
  • Materialverfügbarkeitsprüfung und Materialanforderung
  • Betreuung internationaler und nationaler Kunden
  • Bedarfsrechnung für Konsignationsbelieferungen
  • Erstellung von Kommissionierlisten und Auslösen der Auftragsbelieferung
  • Überprüfung offener Liefertermine und Anmahnung überschrittener Produktionstermine
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung im Logistikbereich
  • IT-Affinität, gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
