Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers within a designated sales territory.
- Prepare, process, and coordinate proposals and tenders in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all sales activities, business opportunities, progress, and outcomes in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Work closely with support functions and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and through various media channels.
- Completed commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), along with relevant additional qualifications or training.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales within the logistics sector.
- Strong product and market knowledge in air and sea freight.
- Desirable market and competitive insights within your sales territory.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications and experienced with CRM systems.
- Fluent in German and possess good English skills, both written and spoken.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and a structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong presentation abilities coupled with a confident and authoritative presence.
