Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in planning, organizing, and maximizing resources. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, motivating staff for peak performance, and upholding high service standards to stay competitive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Drive financial objectives of the branch, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Branch Development: Develop the personality of the Branch and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations.
  • Budgeting: Develop and maintain budgets consistent with annual goals and corporate guidelines.
  • Customer Relations: Build customer relations, monitor customer satisfaction, and handle complaints.
  • Sales Growth: Grow the Branch with regards to sales revenue consistent with annual goals and corporate guidelines.
  • Compliance: Conduct all business and personnel activities within legal, moral, and ethical guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the corporate office and other Branches.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience and in-depth knowledge of the freight business (Air & Ocean).
  • Leadership: Innovative proactive thinker; High level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Teamwork: Lead by example and team oriented.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to mentor, coach, train, multi-task, and solve problems.
  • Customer Service: Ability to work independently and provide good customer service.
  • Sales: Enthusiastic and sales-driven approach.
What We Offer
  • Contract: Permanent full-time contract with a 40 hour work week.
  • Company Car: Provided with a company car (VW Passat or equivalent). Parking is available on premise.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangements: Hybrid arrangements with 1 day of mobile office are possible.
  • Vacation Days: 30 vacation days per year.
  • Travel: Travel up to 10% nationally and internationally.
