EHS Manager (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortliche Fachkraft für alle EHS-Themen (Umwelt, Gesundheit, Sicherheit) an unserem Produktionsstandort in Köln
  • Bearbeitung von EHS-spezifischen Fachthemen wie u. a. Anlagen- und Arbeitssicherheit, Gefahrenabwehr, Umweltschutz, Nachhaltigkeit, Energiemanagement sowie Gefahrstoffe
  • Betreuung des Standorts als Sicherheitsingenieur (w/m/d) für Anlagensicherheit
  • Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Risikoanalysen und Betriebsanweisungen
  • Umsetzung der globalen Standards sowie der strategischen und operativen Ziele im Bereich EHS inklusive Reporting
  • Koordination von EHS-Themen mit Fachstellen, Betreibern und externen Dienstleistern wie Werkarzt (w/m/d), Werkfeuerwehr und Sicherheitsfachkräfte
  • Durchführung von Genehmigungsverfahren sowie Nachverfolgung von Auflagen aus Genehmigungsbescheiden, insbesondere BImSchG und StöV
  • Verfolgung von einschlägigen Rechtsvorschriften in Bezug auf EHS sowie Betreuung interner Regelwerke
  • Organisation und Gestaltung von Begehungen, Schulungen, Übungen, Veranstaltungen für EHS-Themen und Begleitung von Audits
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes ingenieurtechnisches Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt im Bereich Umwelt- bzw. Sicherheitstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder EHS
  • Fundiertes Wissen und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Anlagensicherheit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft nach DGUV vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Umweltqualifikationen von Vorteil z. B. Immissionsschutzbeauftragter, Gewässerschutzbeauftragter, Abfallbeauftragter (jeweils m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb oder Betreuung von Produktionsanlagen der chemischen Industrie
  • Freude am eigenständigen Arbeiten, auch am eigenständigen Einarbeiten in verschiedene Themenfelder
  • Kenntnis der einschlägigen Regelwerke und Spaß an einer pragmatischen und wirksamen Umsetzung vor Ort
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, die vielfältigen EHS-Aspekte am und für den Standort zu vertreten
  • Durchsetzungsstärke gepaart mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
