Product Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at RTL AdAlliance GmbH. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative commercial data targeting products in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to defining the product strategy for our product line, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop product roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement data management solutions, ensuring seamless data collection and processing from broadcasters and partners.
  • Collaborate with external data vendors to identify new opportunities and manage existing partnerships.
  • Define business requirements for the further technical development of our leading adserving system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create product presentations and collateral in close collaboration with our marketing team, effectively communicating product value to stakeholders.
  • Conduct product training and roadshows, both remotely and in-person, to ensure effective product adoption.
  • Analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) generated by our products, providing data-driven insights to inform product development.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Manager with a strong background in digital advertising and product development. You will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as media, business, or marketing, and demonstrated proficiency in digital advertising environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product development, with a focus on data targeting solutions, video formats, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of business KPIs in the digital video space and ability to optimize them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
