International Sustainability Manager with Focus on Corporate Social Responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Sustainability Manager to join our team at PENNY International. As a key member of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of CSR activities.
- Provide expert advice and support to our Landesgesellschaften on sustainability-related matters.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in sustainability and CSR.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
- Manage and coordinate international projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members on sustainability and CSR.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
