International Sustainability Manager

Job Summary:

PENNY International is seeking a highly skilled International Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that drive business growth and improve our environmental footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with our business objectives and sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for sustainability improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and NGOs
  • Provide expertise in data management and analysis to inform sustainability decision-making

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as Business, Environmental Science, or Sustainability
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability and CSR, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
