International Sustainability Manager with Focus on Corporate Social Responsibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sustainability Manager to join our team at PENNY International. As a key member of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with our company's goals and values
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental and social risks
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners
- Provide training and support to colleagues on sustainability best practices and policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into our sustainability initiatives
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sustainability or CSR role, preferably in a multinational company
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
