Group Reservation Coordinator (d/w/m)

SV Hotel, mit Sitz in Düsseldorf und Dübendorf (CH), ist erfolgreiche Franchisenehmerin von Marriott und führt heute mit den vier Marken Courtyard Marriott, Residence Inn Marriott, Renaissance und Moxy mehr als 20 Hotels in Deutschland und in der Schweiz. Darüber hinaus hat SV Hotel den eigenen Brand Stay KooooK lanciert.

Das bewegst du

  • Professioneller Verkauf und Betreuung von Gruppenbuchungen aller Hotelmarken des Portfolios sowohl per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen für Gruppen (inklusive Quotierung nach Strategievorgabe, Angebotserstellung, Gruppenvorbereitung, Rechnungsstellung sowie Feedbackgespräche mit den Kunden)
  • Deposit-, Garantie- und Stornierungshandhabung laut Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Bearbeitung von No-Shows und Late Cancellations

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Lust mit uns zusammen erfolgreich zu sein
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen und bist Hotelier mit Leib und Seele
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fließend in Wort und Schrift, Französischkentnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Opera PMS, Opera Sales & Catering sowie MARSHA Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Dein Einsatzort

Du arbeitest von Montag bis Freitag in verschiedenen Schichten zwischen 08:00 und 19:00 Uhr in unserem Hauptsitz in Düsseldorf. Remote Work ist zudem auch teilweise möglich. Bei der Gestaltung deiner Arbeitszeit sind wir flexibel.
