Groups Reservations Agent

How does your working day look like ..
- Coordination of all room bookings in the group segment of 8 rooms or more, via email and telephone
- Main contact person for all group inquiries and coordination of customer requests
- Ensuring smooth internal communication for all group arrivals (check-in times, check-out times, on-site schedule, possible dinner, supporting program, etc.)
- Checking invoices and dealing with possible complaints
- Host role from the first contact with the guest
- Coordinated work, especially when all emails are bombarding you at the same time
- And last but not least, be the contact person for our guests on site
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
- You have a completed apprenticeship in hospitality and gained first experience in a similar role
- You have experience with using a PC and common office programs
- You have good organisational skills and a eye for details
- You have the ability to inspire guests and colleagues
- You can communicate charmingly, even when things get tricky
- You are able to multitask
- You are a native German speaker and have good English language skills
- You not only bring your skills but also your character
