Logistic Service Coordinator (m/f/d) Overland Freight Export Operation for our Düsseldorf office:
Your tasks:
Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority Carry out international road and intermodal operations accurately and efficiently Ensure that all files are closed in a timely, complete and accurate manner Ensure that performance targets are met and exceeded Have the ability to manage the operation of the entire operational process from departure to delivery of shipments Ensure that reservations are taken, entered into the system and invoiced Liaise with suppliers and agencies and ensure that loading/unloading organisations are carried out Ensure that correspondence with customers is timely and complete Germany Benelux -Turkey: Ensure that LTL vehicles are loaded with maximum efficiency/fullness Be in contact with the Türkiye Line operations team Liaise with road operations team for Turkey route Develop the subcontractor management and portfolio for inland transport, distribution and collection Ensure that customers are kept in constant contact and informed Prepare, present and submit regular reports to senior management Carry out daily operational tasks as assigned by the Department Manage Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job RequirementsThere are many good reasons to join us:

Your profile:
Completed apprenticeship/university degree as a forwarding and logistics services coordinator or comparable qualification At least 5 years' experience of operating overland freight in a freight forward/logistics company Excellent German/English/Turkish speaking and writing skills Good knowledge of MS Office Excellent relationship with suppliers Analytical approach, business and customer oriented Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills-
