Purpose of the position

The Intersnack Group SC&L Department is leading a business transformation to implement new ways of working across the entire Intersnack group. Our mission is to establish harmonized business processes through Project One, supported by a unified IT solution stack across all subsidiaries.

Our team consists of approximately 60 employees from over 25 nationalities, collaborating with more than 100 colleagues from various departments, countries, and consulting partners. Many of our team members work on-site at project locations from Mondays to Thursdays, engaging in a travel-intensive work pattern. Most of our colleagues have joined us within the last two to three years, contributing to a dynamic learning environment.

We are seeking a dedicated Team Training Coordinator who excels in organization and independent work, but also values strong team connections and serves as an anchor point for team cohesion. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage our administrative activities, coordinate the distribution of essential information, and facilitate our training and skill-building processes. This role is crucial in enabling our project teams to work effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Understand and Capture Training Needs: Work closely with content area leads and line managers to identify and document training needs.Maintain Learning Management System: Keep our Learning Management System (LMS) organized and up-to-date, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.Coordinate Training Sessions: Collaborate with HR and Learning owners to organize engaging and effective training sessions.Track Skill-Building Progress: Regularly report on the progress of skill-building activities to help everyone stay on track and meet their goals.Review Training Content: Evaluate and review training materials to ensure they meet departmental needs and standards.Be the Go-To Person for Training Queries: Serve as the friendly and helpful primary contact for any training-related questions or concerns.

Education

Successfully completed an apprenticeship in a commercial or technical field, such as business administration, IT, or office management.

Experience

Extensive experience in coordinating and managing projects or programs, particularly in IT consulting, project management, or HR, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.

Skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowing German is a plus.Experienced in organizing events and managing travel arrangements.Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.Capable of creating structured and stable processes and systems.Positive and proactive, always looking to drive improvements.Strong analytical and procedural thinking.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SharePoint administration.
