Bei uns, der XING Marketing Solutions GmbH, einer Tochtergesellschaft der New Work SE, dreht sich alles um das Customer Success Team. Dieses Team ist zuständig für die Durchführung von Medienkampagnen unserer Geschäftskunden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern, die ebenfalls zum Sales Team gehören, erfolgt die Kundenbetreuung.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Abteilungen, z. B. Kommunikation mit dem Produkt- und Sales Team zur Kundenfeedback- und Kampagnenabwicklung
