**marta ist die führende Plattform für selbständige Betreuer**: innen in Deutschland und verbindet diese direkt mit Familienangehörigen auf der Suche nach Hilfe. Wir machen Altenpflege transparenter, erschwinglicher und zuverlässiger. Der Markt ist heute immer noch hauptsächlich analog und höchst dysfunktional. Die Pflege ist unzureichend und Betreuungskräfte verdienen oft zu wenig. Unser Ziel ist es, Transparenz in diesen undurchsichtigen Markt zu bringen und unsere Nutzer in die Lage zu versetzen, ihre täglichen Herausforderungen mit Dienstleistungen zu bewältigen, die ihnen das Leben erleichtern.

Nachdem wir gerade unsere Seed-Finanzierungsrunde abgeschlossen haben, expandieren wir stark und suchen nach engagierten Teammitgliedern, die sich unserer Mission anschließen möchten. Because we care.

Aufgaben
- Kommunizieren Sie mit neu registrierten Betreuungskräften via E-Mail (nur nicht-sprachliche Kommunikation)
- Review und Kontrolle aller Dokumente für das Onboarding unserer Nutzer: innen
- Rechtzeitige und effiziente Beantwortung von Anfragen unterschiedlicher Art
- Du bearbeitest, kontrollierst behördliche Anmeldungen und Versicherungen
- Erkennen und Melden von Trends bei Nutzer: innen Anfragen an das Management Team
- Umsetzung von Best-Practices
- Du arbeitest neue Konzepte zu Optimierung unser Costumer Experience aus
- Du kommunizierst direkt mit dem Behörden und übersiehst die steuerliche Erfassung unser Nutzer: innen
- Du löst selbständig eingehende Anfragen aller Nutzer: innen
- Du bearbeitest die Reisebuchungen für unsere Mitarbeiter: innen und ausgewählte externe Partner: innen

Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist ein/e Teamplayer: in
- Du hast eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise und positive Ausstrahlung
- Du möchtest Dich gerne weiter entwickeln und unser junges Unternehmen voran bringen
- Dank deiner ausgeprägten Hands-On Mentalität bist du in der Lage zu priorisieren und eigenständig und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C-lvl)
