Aufgaben Unterstützen bei administrativen Aufgaben innerhalb des Bereiches Sammeln und Zuordnen von Informationen zu relevanten Dienstleistern inkl. Vertragsadministration und Pflege von Kontaktdaten Aktualisieren und Pflegen der Dienstleister-Übersicht (z.B. Formulieren von Steckbriefen zu den Dienstleistern) Erstellen von Präsentationen zu unterschiedlichen Themen (z.B. interner Kollaborationstools oder Tools zum Datenaustausch mit Dienstleistern)

Qualifikationen

Eingeschrieben in einem Studiengang, z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business- oder Digital Management Wochenarbeitszeitbis zu 20 Stunden in Vorlesungszeit, in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit auch gernebis zu 40 Stunden möglich Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interesse an Datenanalysetools, Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement Interesse an Einblicken in die strategische Dienstleistersteuerung innerhalb der Telekommunikationsbranche Interesse an der Sammlung von Erfahrung im Dienstleistungsmanagement Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit von Vorteil Sichere und praxiserprobte MS Office Kenntnisse Spaß an er Arbeit in einem tatkräftigen Team Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
