Oxford's client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager in the execution stage of a project. Fluency in German is essential for this role.

Language: German MUST
Project: Food and Beverage Manufacturing

Position Description
* Achieve full compliance with local and ADM's safety regulations/standards and promote safety culture across the department which he/she is responsible for (reports and contractors) and ensure the department meets goals for (process) safety and health, environment, product quality, quantity, processing, costs, and effectiveness
* Drive effective performance management throughout project execution (including goal setting, development, and strengths-based feedback) focused on building competent and motivated team to achieve discretionary
performance
* Ensure proper project execution of day-to-day activities on a cost effective and timely basis to achieve results
* Participate in diverse internal and external meetings
* Collaborate with project manager and relevant stakeholders on any large-scale disturbances and/or planned modifications
* Manage non-discretionary expense projects according project management guidelines
* Report performance in agreed format and frequence

Skills:
* Strong problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills, with a result focused approach
* Strong communication skills and an excellent team player
* Fluent in German
* General knowledge of software applications
* Able to perform under pressure

Additional Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's Degree in the fields of Construction, Technology, or other related field
* 3+ years of experience in construction, preferably in chemical, food or feed production
