**Tasks**:

- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating construction and service contracts, as well as other project-related contracts, for fibre optic extension projects (e.g. for technical purchasing for network levels NE2, NE3 and NE4, rental and lease agreements, etc.)
- Contract and supplement management (VOB/B) legal assistance for operational construction management
- Legal support for the day-to-day operations of a fibre optics telecommunications firm
- Assistance in the design and implementation of internal processes for a young, fast growing company

**Requirements**:

- Fully qualified lawyer (M/F/d) with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of contract law, particularly purchase, service, and work contract law, and ideally building contract law
- Practical construction experience and project experience, as well as a corporate background, are a big plus
- Excellent understanding and practical experience of VOB/B and contract and supplement management is advantageous.
- Practical experience with public bids is advantageous.
- Independent working style, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented attitude are advantageous.
- Business fluent German
