Onshore Wind Project Manager

A global renewable energy firm are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Germany to work on Onshore Wind Farm projects.
- The technical project manager would deal with all technical aspects of development and construction (in particular the technical development (Layout/Design, etc.), procurement, construction, testing and commissioning) of onshore-wind projects in Germany.
- Also the management and the coordination of external contractors/contractors, the ensuring of the processing of transactions as well as the realization of projects within the given time frames/budgets in accordance with the project standards and quality standards are part of its diverse range of tasks.
Your Tasks:
- Commencement of construction as well as preparation and supervision of construction works and commissioning
- Identification of suitable project-contractor / service provider as well as negotiation and conclusion suitable trades
- Ensuring that the construction works gem. Project-contracts and other project-requests to be carried out as well as handling of contract assignments/injuries
- Communication with all relevant stakeholders, incl. Officials, External Dienstleistern/Auftragnehmern as well as the internal project teams and LTAs (if required)
- Development and management of project plans / means (Budget, Resources, Milestones, etc.)
- Preparation , monitoring and follow-up of all construction related activities as well as all associated payments
- Securing and conducting adequate documentation, information and communication
- Carrying out risk analysis as well as developing and managing suitable mechanisms for ongoing control of construction progress as well as for reduction and management
project risks
Your Profile:
- A background in Electrical/Mechanical/civil engineering
- Minimums 3-5 years of professional experience in comparable fields of activity, such as technical project leader in the field of construction/energy production projects – at least 2-3 of them years in the area of renewable energy - an advantage of experiences in connection with building projects in non- excluded areas such as forest locations
- Structured and independent working methods as well as self-secures and dictation-starkes auftren
- Communication strength as well as concern- and team-oriented work style
- Very good EDV-knowledge ( insbes . MS-Excel and PowerPoint) as well as specialized integrated Project management/planning tools (Knowledge in CAD, GIS) are advantageous
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Very good German- and English-knowledge in word and writing
