This is why we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated, Customer Success Manager for our Golf Driving Range & Commercial Indoor customers in the German speaking region.
Are you our new Customer Success Manager for Trackman Golf?
You will work closely with the global product owner for Range, Indoor Golf, sales representatives, marketing team, and customers. Your main responsibilities will be to (1) assist our commercial customers in planning and execution of successfully launch & operations (2) ensure that all on site staff are fully educated on the use of the software, and Administrative Tools. (3) Build our community of operators through regular events and workshops
What will you be doing?
Your main purpose is to ensure that all existing Trackman owners are successful in how they use and leverage our product Activities should include but not be limited to:Conduct regular meetings and updates to share latest information and with owners and staff at each venueOn-going email/phone communication to customers with software updates and other key informationTrain customers after the venue has been installed on all aspects of the Trackman productSupport customers in hosting successful launch events as well as ongoing initiatives to increase footfall, revenue and overall engagement.Help customers with Marketing Material and initiatives both at the time of launch and on an on-going basisArrange regional events, where facility owners can meet and network to share best practices and develop the community of operatorsCollate success stories and feedback from venues to support future salesLead the referral program for operators to recommend future venuesWhat are we looking for?
Fluent in German and English language Relevant sales, marketing or customer facing support experience, ideally in Golf or Sports related business. Experience working in a customer facing role, preferably on-site. Experience in international companies and/or golf sector Ability to analyze problems and provides well thought through solutions. Hands-on, self-driven, opportunity-seeking, respected and responsible person. Operational/hands-on, as well as strategic mindset. Strong growth ambitions, holds an entrepreneurial mindset. Works independently, but is also a team player who shares feedback and helps when required. Willingness to work "Out of hours" on weekends and evenings when necessary. Domestic travel required, 60%-75% of time on-site at customers. Occasional international travel required. Trustworthy, charismatic, quick thinking with a problem solver attitudeWe offer:
