Customer Success Professional

At Siemens Digital Industries Software, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining complex customer relationships with senior executives, ensuring that their needs and objectives are met through effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute personalized success plans to drive customer adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Advocate customer needs and concerns to all departments, driving process improvements and documentation.
- Participate in contract renewals and manage associated activities, including proposal coordination, resource allocation, and billing.
- Manage customer loyalty by tracking progress against success plans, solution adoption, and achievement of success indicators.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in account management or customer service roles, with expertise in customer management at corporate and strategic account levels.
- Excellent communication and executive relations skills, with industry experience essential - procurement, supply chain, engineering.
- Technical aptitude and experience with web technologies and commonly used enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
