Job Summary:
ADAM TECH is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record of achieving results through demand creation activities with OEM customers in the Electronics industry. In this role our BDM will identify, prospect and maintain strategic business relationships at various levels their designated customer base in the EMEA region while driving new business opportunity (NBO) activities resulting in the achievement of identified strategy and business financial objectives.
Principle Responsibilities:
· Subject Matter Expert (SME) for delivering product and service solutions to targeted customer base of both new and existing customers using a consultive selling approach resulting in business penetration and growth
· Manage all aspects of customer engagement including in-person or remote meetings, engineering design reviews, bill of material (BOM) evaluation, quote activity, proposal generation, customer profitability and full sales cycle project management
· Responsible for the execution of strategic growth goals and objectives within assigned territory and/or customer base
· Develops and maintains sales pipeline to track, follow up and execute on project deliverables resulting in sales orders
· Reviews and analyzes data and reporting to identify sales gaps and opportunities
· Coordinates geographic specific customer activities with Manufacturer Reps, Distribution channel partners and ADAM TECH Sales Management as appropriate
· Work closely with ADAM TECH Sr. Management, Sales Support, Engineering and Factory Teams in EMEA, APAC and the Americas
· Travel as needed in the EMEA region to visit customers, trade shows and industry events
Qualifications:
· Highly motivated professional with a minimum experience of 10 years in the Electronics industry and 5+ years of experience with interconnect, cable assembly or similar electromechanical products
· Proven track record of sales growth, goal achievement with an established clientele
· A self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited supervision and direction
· Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously while coordinating with multiple key internal and external stakeholders
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written skillsStrong public speaking and presentation skillsExcellent organization and creativity skills-
