Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager für unser wachsendes DACH-Portfolio bei TSS Deutschland GmbH.

TSS Deutschland GmbH ist Teil eines internationalen Unternehmens mit über 100 Akquisitionen und einem beeindruckenden Portfolio von Vertical Market Software (VMS) Unternehmen. Unsere Aktivitäten in der DACH-Region wachsen schnell und bestehen bereits aus 14 Geschäftseinheiten und über 350 Mitarbeitern.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Teil unseres Business Development Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Ansprache von möglichen branchenspezifischen Softwareunternehmen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz und damit die Erweiterung der M&A Pipeline
  • Du führst die Gespräche mit den Eigentümerinnen und Geschäftsführerinnen persönlich, per Telefon und Mail bis zur Übergabe an das Merger & Acquisitions-Team
  • Du führst Recherchen und Analysen von potenziellen Unternehmen durch
Was wir von dir erwarten
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium, idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt abgeschlossen
  • Außerdem hast du mindestens 1 Jahr praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb und/oder Business Development
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Unternehmen, wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und speziell Unternehmenstransaktionen mit
  • Du kannst Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen und Bilanzen lesen
  • Du hast Freude an Kaltakquise und mit den Entscheidungsträgern auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren
  • Der Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket fällt dir leicht
  • Du kannst dich fließend auf Deutsch unterhalten, eine gute Kommunikation auf Englisch sollte für dich grundsätzlich auch kein Problem darstellen
  • Du bist jemand mit einem hohen Maß an Selbständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
