EMEA Professional Services Project Manager

About the Role

As an EMEA TSS Services Delivery Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Professional Services business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to Solutions Consultants and Technical Field Experts EMEA, you'll collaborate closely with ALE sales representatives, business partners/distributors, and end-customers.

Your primary responsibility is to oversee projects from initial proposal development through final acceptance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contributing to our overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately estimate project effort and prepare comprehensive proposals based on your assessments.
  • Provide expert support to partners, distributors, and end-customers by selecting the most suitable technicians for their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with ALE business partners throughout the entire sales cycle, including RFI/RFP processes.
  • Effectively manage projects, monitor progress against established milestones, and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Maintain meticulous records of project achievements and deliverables.
  • Generate invoices aligned with the status of completed project phases.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise within a dynamic international team environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with end-customers and partners. You thrive in collaborative settings and possess outstanding teamwork abilities. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, while additional language proficiency would be highly advantageous.

A background in project management within the IT sector, coupled with relevant sales training or certifications (e.g., project management, effective presentation skills, conflict & negotiation management), would make you a strong candidate for this role.
