Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation:
Leisten eines Beitrags zum Erreichen bzw. Übertreffen der Umsatz- und Gewinnziele der Stores durch
Gewährleistung der effizienten und effektiven Umsetzung der europäischen Visual Merchandising
Ausrichtung in zugewiesenen Stores.
Hauptverantwortungsbereiche:
Kommunikation:
- Kaskadieren von Informationen des Markt VM Managers an den SM sowie die Store-Mitarbeiter mittels Trainings und Meetings.
- Teilnahme an Teammeetings und ‚Huddles‘, um die Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und dem Regional VMM
- Feedback zu den Anforderungen des Stores zu geben.
Merchandising Display:
- Gewährleisten, dass die Stores die europäischen Standards und Richtlinien einhalten und damit allen Konsumenten ein Marken-Shopping-Erlebnis bieten.
- Gewährleisten, dass alle Schaufenster erstklassig präsentiert werden, einschließlich Outfit und Positionierung von Schaufensterpuppen, Beleuchtung, Sauberkeit, Bedampfung und Preisangaben.
- Verantwortung für das Einrichten von klar abgetrennten ‚Shop-in-Shops‘, um die kategoriespezifische Präsentation hervorzuheben.
- Sicherstellen der korrekten Nutzung und Positionierung von In-Store Communication Tools.
- Korrektes Bekleiden der Puppen und Platzieren von Requisiten im Store.
- Anwenden und Pflegen der Brand Retail und VM Standards sowie Durchführung von regelm. Trainings zu diesem Themen für das betreffende Store Team.
- Regelmäßiges Reporting aus den Stores, u.a. monatliche Eingabe ins VM Compliance Tool einschließlich Aufnehmen von Fotos und diese in das System hochladen.
- Wöchentliche Aktualisierung des Grundrissplans im Space Management Tool und Zuteilung von Ladenausstattung basierend auf Bewegungen bei der Produktpräsentation.
- Wöchentliche Analyse der Space Management Ergebnisse mit dem SM und Entwerfen eines gemeinsamen Aktionsplans (bspw. durch Nutzung des „SCT“ Tools) .
- Planung und Durchführung von Marketingmaßnahmen, Kampagnen und Aktivierungen in Abstimmung mit der Marketing-Abteilung und RVMM.
- Input und nach Rücksprache mit RVMM & MKT Team gegebenenfall Order der Instore Communication
- Tools (ISC) für den jeweiligen Store
Equipment-Kontrolle:
- Rückgabe bzw. angemessenes Aufbewahren von ungenutztem Equipment wie Ladenausstattung, Puppen, Requisiten und Grafikrahmen.
- Achtsame Behandlung der Ladenausstattung, um Schäden zu vermeiden.
Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:
- gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Erforderliche Ausbildung und Erfahrung/Mindestqualifikationen:
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Gestalter/in für visuelles Marketing mit zweijähriger Berufserfahrung im Sport- und/oder Mode-Einzelhandel
