Contribution to Business Goals:


Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets in stores by ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of European Visual Merchandising guidelines in assigned stores.


Main Responsibilities:

  • cascade information from the Market VM Manager to the Store Manager and store employees through training and meetings.
  • Participate in team meetings and 'huddles' to understand needs and provide feedback to the Regional VM Manager.


Visual Merchandising Display:

  • Ensure stores adhere to European standards and guidelines, providing a consistent brand shopping experience for all customers.
  • Ensure all store windows are presented to the highest standard, including mannequin outfit and positioning, lighting, cleanliness, fragrance, and pricing.
  • Responsibility for setting up clearly defined 'shop-in-shops' to highlight category-specific presentation.
  • Ensure correct use and positioning of In-Store Communication Tools.
  • Correctly dress mannequins and place props in the store.
  • Apply and maintain Brand Retail and VM standards, as well as conduct regular training on this topic for the relevant store team.
  • Regular reporting from stores, including monthly input into the VM Compliance Tool, including taking photos and uploading them to the system.
  • Weekly update of the floor plan in the Space Management Tool and allocation of store fixtures based on product presentation movements.
  • Weekly analysis of Space Management results with the SM and development of a joint action plan (e.g. using the 'SCT' tool).
  • Planning and implementation of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activations in coordination with the Marketing Department and RVMM.
  • Input and, after consultation with RVMM & MKT Team, ordering of Instore Communication Tools (ISC) for the respective store.


Equipment Control:

  • Return or properly store unused equipment such as store fixtures, mannequins, props, and graphic frames.
  • Careful handling of store fixtures to avoid damage.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good MS-Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent German and English in word and writing
  • Good communication skills


Required Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a visual merchandiser with two years of experience in the sports and/or fashion retail industry
