At HOLY FASHION GROUP, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Strellson Ochtrup. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling shopping experience
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
