Position: Outside Sales Manager
Location: North-West Germany

About Us:
JD Ross is collaborating with a Dutch wholesaler in their search for a Sales Manager for Germany. The company is operating throughout the whole Europe. The role is hybrid, and will require visiting the office in the Netherlands once per week. You will be reporting to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will primarily focus on promoting photovoltaic solutions to installers. It includes building new relationships. The role requires a lot of traveling and covering the NRW part of Germany for proactively visiting customers.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales management experience (B2B) within the solar sector.
  • 3-5 years of experience in new business.
  • Proficiency in the technical aspects of the product; modules, inverters, mounting systems.
  • A pre-existing network within the installer community would be advantageous.
  • Educational background would be desired.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for business purposes.
  • Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite, Dutch is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work within the European Union is essential.
