Aufgaben

About the role

As our Team Lead Operations (m/f/d) you will be leading a team of more than 10 professionals in the support and customer success departments. As a key leader at TeleClinic, you'll be pivotal in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and enhancing our operational processes to scale our fast-growing platform.

What you will do:

  • Lead and mentor your team in support and customer success, ensuring high team satisfaction and productivity
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve the doctor activation journey and onboarding processes, using a data-driven approach
  • Enhance operational processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including doctor retention and productivity, customer NPS (Net Promoter Score), and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score)
  • Be hands-on in daily operations while steering strategic projects to improve service areas
Qualifikation

What you need to be successful:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in operations or customer success within a fast-paced tech startup or scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Make.com) is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and act with a bias for action.
