**Team Lead Operations (all genders)**:

**This is what you'll be doing**:
As Team Lead Operations you are a vital and strategic part of the kurzgesagt product team. You oversee planning, development, production, and sales of the kurzgesagt products. You keep a close eye on KPIs to improve our product portfolio, sales and marketing measures in close collaboration with the team and our suppliers.

You have a business mindset, make data-driven decisions and love taking on challenges with a team of highly motivated, talented people.
- Lead, manage and empower a small but competent team of production managers and e-commerce experts and work in close collaboration with our creative team
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Lead supplier network and define supplier collaboration standards
- Oversee product development and manufacturing and define quality standards while keeping an eye on cost efficiency and legal requirements
- Consolidate data within the team to create a strong basis for data driven decisions
- Lead team to meet KPIs and actively initiate measures for improvement
- Provide insights and support for shop, sales & campaign strategies

**This is what you bring to the table**:

- Several years of experience in operations, supply chain management, e-commerce or production
- Strong analytical mindset and abilities and data driven approach when making decisions
- Experience with managing external partners and suppliers
- Highly organized, driven and focused
- Proactive, energetic, hands-on personality, who identifies with our brand and enjoys working with a motivated team - experience with leading small teams would be desirable
- demonstrated proficiency in English, particularly for negotiations (C2 level); German: nice to have
- Authorized for unrestricted business travel to EU and US
- Residence in, or willingness to relocate to Munich
