- Building and Expanding Business Relationships: Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.

- Contract Management: Plan and negotiate contracts with major clients, leading to successful

- Complaint Management: Proactively manage customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Completed Degree: Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Sales Experience: Initial experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, using CRM systems and SAP.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
- Customer Orientation: Strong affinity for international sales, value-selling, and excellent customer orientation.
- Project Management: Methodical and practical knowledge in project management.
- Personal Skills: Confident demeanor, strong communication and presenation skills, goal oriented
- Willingness to travel (30-50%).
