About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial advice and support to our customers in the Northern Bavaria/Thuringia region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand our market reach in the region.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate customer activities and foster collaboration and teamwork.
- Take ownership of sales and gross profit responsibilities within your defined sales area for air filtration, engineering projects, and filterCair.
- Negotiate agreements on prices and delivery conditions, demonstrating your expertise in securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the curve by gathering market intelligence on filter technology trends, requirements, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Hold an engineering degree coupled with relevant professional experience.
- Have a strong technical understanding to effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Preferably, have knowledge of the filtration market.
- Showcase your strong negotiation skills and business acumen, essential for driving successful deals and partnerships.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to diverse customer structures (OEM/MRO), market structures in diverse industry sectors, and a variety of offers.
- Be fluent in German and proficient in English, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration in our multicultural environment.
