Manager Customer Care (m/w/d) Teilzeit
DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL
- Erste Ansprechperson für alle Kundenbelange im Sinne einer ganzheitlichen und professionellen Betreuung
- Entwickeln kundenspezifischer Lösungen und Erstellen passgenauer Angebote
- Management der eingehenden Kundenanliegen per Telefon, E-Mail, Live-Chat und Web
- Pflege und Ergänzung von Kundendaten im ERP- und CRM-System
- Mitarbeit an Sonderprojekten, auch bereichsübergreifend
DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie relevante Berufserfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
- Spaß an der telefonischen und schriftlichen Kommunikation mit den Kunden und Freude am Verkaufen
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
