About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our friendly Customer Service team at Nexus. As a key member of our global team, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and grow into a broader role in a few years.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be a competent contact person for our customers and partners, supporting our sales and consulting team with order entry and processing, as well as invoicing.
  • You will actively drive the cooperation with various teams and stakeholders.
  • You will support our sales team with quotations and tenders, as well as with evaluations and analyses.
  • You will support the consulting colleagues in processing service orders.
  • You will create Nexus licenses for our SmartID and SDK products and support Inside Sales with the prolongation of our customers' maintenance contracts.
  • You will be responsible for creating trial software requests and preparing NDAs.
  • You will work on the optimization of our ERP system and Power BI system.
  • You will support the finance department in our accounts receivable management.

About You

We are looking for a person with a quick grasp and good technical understanding. You should be able to work independently, be self-reliant and structured. Additionally, you should have:

  • A successfully completed commercial vocational training, industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in the field of sales assistance, ideally in a software company.
  • Proficiency in Office (especially Excel) and experience with an ERP system.
  • Very good German language skills and good English communication skills.
