About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Nexus. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Support sales and consulting teams with order entry, processing, and invoicing.
  • Drive cooperation with internal teams to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support sales team with quotations, tenders, and evaluations.
  • Process service orders and create Nexus licenses for SmartID and SDK products.
  • Prepare NDAs and trial software requests.
  • Optimize ERP and Power BI systems to improve business performance.
  • Support finance department with accounts receivable management.
Requirements
  • Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in sales assistance, preferably in a software company.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
  • Good German language skills and English communication skills.
