Floor Lead Logistics / Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik mit Führungserfahrung (m/w/d)

Auf Dich wartet

  • Eine spannende Vollzeit-Stelle mit 40 Stunden in der Woche (an 5 Arbeitstagen, montags bis samstags) im Zwei-Schicht-System
  • Ein Festgehalt zuzüglich Teambonus, die spätere Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis ist möglich und erwünscht
  • Spannende Aufgaben mit umfangreichen Karriereperspektiven, gut geeignet für engagierte Quereinsteiger:innen

Dein Liefergebiet

  • Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Lagerprozesse sicher und sorgst für die Einteilung der Mitarbeitenden vor Ort
  • Du kennst alle Handgriffe im Lager, gibst die Richtung vor und fasst bei hohem Auftragsvolumen im Tagesgeschäft mit an
  • Du gewährleistest die Arbeitssicherheit genauso wie Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Lager und sorgst für eine konstante Arbeitsqualität
  • Du führst Gespräche mit den Mitarbeitenden und gibst nötige Sicherheits- und Arbeitsmittel aus

  • Du begeisterst deine Umgebung durch deine offene und respektvolle Art
  • Du überzeugst durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohes Engagement
  • Du agierst verlässlich und selbstständig. Der Umgang mit moderner Software ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik gesammelt (bspw. als Teamleiter:in)
  • Bestenfalls besitzt Du einen Gabelstaplerschein
