**Grow together**

As the Lead Principal Architect you will oversee the overall platform roadmap, from definition to delivery. You will work closely with other architects to make sure best practices are applied to ensure high standards in all areas. You possess great planning and presentation skills. You will shape the direction of functional and non-functional requirements to their fruition. As part of your role, you will provide leadership and mentoring to the rest of the team.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- At least 5 years experience in an architectural role
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture and patterns
- Working experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a must
- Ability to guide architecture, design, development and operation discussions and decisions
- Extensive experience in Java and related development workflows and tools (JDK, Maven/Ant, Java libraries & frameworks)
- Proficiency with advanced Git workflows, code review processes and branch management
- Focus areas with foundational knowledge:

- Backend engineering (ideally within AEM ecosystem)
- Frontend/UX engineering
- Infrastructure
- Testing
