Als Business Manager werden Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Unternehmen spielen, indem Sie sowohl fachliche als auch technische Expertise einbringen.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstütze die Geschäftsführung im Management der Beratungs- und sonstigen Aktivitäten.
  • Stehe als erster Ansprechpartner und Sparrings-Partner für die Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts als auch der sonstigen Gruppenaktivitäten zur Verfügung.
  • Erstelle Konzepte und bereite fachliche und technische Themen für die Geschäftsführung auf.
  • Arbeite mit den Kollegen der anderen Gruppeneinheiten als auch unseren Kooperations- und Vertriebspartner eng zusammen.
  • Unterstütze bei der Umsetzung geschäftlicher als auch kundenseitiger Projekte im Finanzdienstleistungssektor
Qualifikation
  • Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor / Master) oder gleichwertig in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Vergleichbares
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle oder fundierte Erfahrung im Bankenbereich, Versicherungsbereich oder im Investment Management
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Finanzinstrumenten und Finanzprodukten (z.B. Investmentfonds, Anleihen, Derivate) sowie der damit zusammenhängenden Geschäftsabläufe
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientiert, vorausdenkend, Teamplayer, Coach und gut organisiert
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch – weitere europäische Sprache wäre ein Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Arbeitswoche bei Bedarf

CLIENTALYTICS ist ein Beratungsunternehmen in der Banken- und Vermögensverwaltungsbranche und spezialisiert auf Themen rund um das Kundenmanagement sowie regulatorische Änderungen wie z.B. EMIR, Dodd Frank Act, MIFID II, MIFIR, ESG. Unsere Kunden sind Investmentmanager, Fondsverwalter, Depotbanken, aber auch die Kapitalmarktteams im Investmentbanking als auch Banken und Finanzdienstleister. Bei regulatorischen Änderungen unterstützen wir unsere Kunden ganzheitlich auf der fachlichen Seite als Business Analysten, Projekt- oder Programmmanager und PMO als auch auf der technischen Seite mit IT-Projektleitern, IT-Beratern, Data Analysten und Software Entwicklern.

Unsere Mitarbeiter verfügen über langjährige Erfahrung in der Asset Management / Investment Management Branche und leiten große und kleine Projekte oder Teilprojekte.
