Position Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will report directly to the Financial Controller of Tech Centers and the Accounting Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the timely completion of monthly closing activities related to project controlling, including inventory and margin analysis.
- Preparing monthly closing documentation and presenting findings during result reviews.
- Verifying the accuracy of SAP data uploads concerning projects, including stock levels, hours worked, and margins.
- Monitoring and validating the precision of key performance indicators (KPIs), TimeCalendar, and capital expenditures (Capex).
- Leading monthly sales forecast meetings, with a focus on identifying risks and opportunities.
- Contributing to cash flow forecasts, sales projections, budgeting, and overall business processes.
- Updating financial tools and indicators throughout the fiscal year, including Capex and invoicing.
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation for audits and administrative reviews.
- Alerting the TC Manager and Branch regarding potential risks or operational discrepancies.
- Collaborating on the enhancement of new SAP functionalities.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in economics or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and fluency in German.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in financial controlling within an industrial environment.
- Expertise in SAP FI-CO (preferably the PS module), KEOPS, and Excel.
- The ability to respond swiftly to challenges and articulate viewpoints in collaborative settings.
- A strong inclination towards independent, goal-oriented work, complemented by a team-oriented mindset and analytical skills.
- A structured and meticulous approach to tasks.
