As Business Development Manager People you will play a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of the People & Culture function. Your primary focus will be on leading and managing people projects and initiatives that fundamentally shape our People & Culture function and its influence. This high-impact role offers a steep learning curve, where you will take on responsibility from day one. You will work closely with our Executives and Senior Management, as well as a highly talented, dynamic and diverse team from the intersection of Business Development People, Learning & Development and People Analytics. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
implement strategic cross-functional projects within the People & Culture team develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organisational objectives create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies manage relationships with stakeholders across different departments, seniority levels and countries work closely with the (People) Leadership Team and our Chief People Officer
YOU COME WITH
2+ years of professional experience with a proven track record from a consulting firm or a strategy/corporate business development department ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities proven project management success with the ability to prioritise and simultaneously process multiple tasks, as well as the capability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation passion for the field of people/HR with the ambition to innovate by challenging the status quo team-oriented and collaborative approach to work, and a passion about making an impact ability to clearly communicate compelling messages making you a great discussion partner excellent communication skills in English and German
