Was du machst

Du leitest fachlich und disziplinarisch das Label & Project Management Team und entwickelst dein Team durch fachspezifische Schulungen weiter Durch den regelmäßigen Austausch mit Label-Heads erkennst du Optimierungspotentiale und bietest Lösungen an, du steuerst dabei diese Projekte labelübergreifend mit dem Ziel der Prozessharmonisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung Du und dein Team bilden eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen dem Artist-Camp, Label und allen internen Abteilungen, um erfolgreich Produkte zu veröffentlichen Du wirkst aktiv bei der Koordination von größeren Prio-Artist Projekten und komplexen Set-Ups mit Du und dein Team verantwortet die Koordination der digitalen und physischen Domestic Produkte (Anlage, Timelines, Scheduling, Auslieferung, Anpassung) in Absprache mit den Produktmanager:innen und A&R‘s sowie der physischen und digitalen supply chain Du förderst aktiv den Austausch mit den internen Schnittstellen im Vertrieb, Label-Copies und Distribution

Wer du bist

Du bist eine erfahrende Führungskraft und hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Musikbranche Du bist analytisch und hast Lust Prozesse zu durchdringen und diese neu zu gestalten Du bist kommunikationsstark, kontaktfreudig und besitzt eine gute Überzeugungskraft Du bist stark im Projektmanagement und in Digitalisierungsprozessen Du gibst gern dein Wissen weiter und hast bereits Erfahrung in der Konzeption von fachlichen Schulungsmaßnahmen Du siehst dich als Teamplayer, der in Kooperation die täglichen Aufgaben vorantreibt Du bist eigenständig, arbeitest proaktiv und flexibel Auch bei den komplexesten Abläufen bleibst du cool und behältst du den Durchblick Du hast Spaß an Veränderung und Innovation Du bist Daten-affin und überblickst alle relevanten Metriken Dein Deutsch ist super. In Wort und Schrift. Genau wie dein Englisch
